OPTIK THEATRE

Optik Theatre was founded by director Barry Edwards along with actors Paul Bown and Adrian Rawlins, designers Heather Ackroyd and Cornelia Parker and musician Clive Bell. It has toured extensively in the UK and Europe as well as  internationally to Brazil, North Africa, Australia, South Korea and Canada. From 2014-17 the company presented three productions of work by Gertrude Jennings for Richmond Upon Thames WW1 Centenary. Optik Theatre took part in Richmond’s Arts and Ideas Festivals in 2023 and 2025.
